How long does it take for the buyer to receive their order?
Your product will enter the handling process shortly after you submit your order.

To estimate when you can expect your order, please consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date during Regular seasons:

Handling Time

After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will enter the handling process, which typically takes 2-8 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the product you purchase.

Transit Time

Once the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out, and it will take between 9 and 14 business days (Monday through Friday) to reach your address. The estimated shipping time for each shipping method is listed below.

Please Note

Holiday and Peak Seasons: During certain US and International Holidays, especially during peak seasons, it may take an additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.

How Can I Track My Order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your order’s progress until it reaches your home. Please allow 5 – 7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and find no information available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking events will appear on the tracking page once the parcel is scanned into the system.

Can I Ship the Order to Multiple Addresses?

Fulfillers only ship to a single destination. If you want to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with separate addresses.

Shipping Fee

All products are delivered free of charge.

Taxes

Tax will automatically be added to your order during the checkout process.
