These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice when necessary and to use our discretion in making final decisions regarding matters between our two parties when applicable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The customer has the right to cancel the order until it is received. In such a case, the return process will be initiated automatically. If refusing the goods upon receipt, the return process will also be initiated automatically.

Return Period

The return period is 12 days from the date of receiving the goods. After 12 days, the order will be deemed accepted by the customer, and returning the goods will not be possible.

Return Conditions

The returned goods MUST NOT meet the following conditions:
– The item(s) have been worn or washed.
– The item(s) have been altered in any way.
– The item(s) have any defects compared to the original, unless it is our error.
– The item(s) do not have their original tags.
– The item(s) have excess threads that can be easily trimmed/repaired.
– The item(s) are without packaging.
– The item(s) are missing components.

Refund Period

Upon receiving the goods, we process the refund within 5 business days to the payment method of your choice.
